Your staff is always kind, knowledgeable and caring; I ALWAYS get an extra blanket right out of the warming box Dr. Lerman is ALWAYS warm, friendly and tells you ahead of time what he is going to do. It’s not his fault that O have such a bad back, but he does everything possible to allege my pain

We sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Had to go to the front desk staff two times, the first time I was told that I had been “ clicked out“ It was someone’s error obviously. When we were finally taken to the back office things were smooth and went well. No complaints. I chose not to put this on a public forum because I work at a doctors office as well and I think that it should be handled internally. . Dr Effron didn’t seem interested in helping with my problems. He was rushed and completely unhelpful. He gave me a handout but didn’t explain the procedure. Said that I would have to see the doctor who did that particular procedure. I won’t be back and will never recommend this practice.
Sharon was great at explaining the specifics of what my MRI looked like. She’s the first provider I’ve had who pointed to the picture, explained what I was looking at, and what that condition was causing.
Injections on both side of spine at the L5. Pain has been decreased by 90%
Great staff and doctor.
Good caring PA and Doctor. The support staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you for helping me in my painful situation.
