Front office is super nice and kind. Doctor was very abrasive from the first second. He came across as aggressive and seemed more interested in explaining that he likely wouldn’t be helpful. I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years and have never had such an off-putting experience. I don’t want to see him again if I return with test results.
