Good experience.
I had a good visit with the PA. She ordered a MRI which I got at Bryn Mawr Hospital a couple days later. My concern.... now having to wait 3 weeks(!!!!) for an app’t to see the PA again to review the MRI and decide “next steps”. I used to be on the boards of Jefferson Health and Bryn Mawr Hospital. I would have had an app’t in a day or 2 (max) so I made a big mistake going with Main Line Spine. Lousy service in my opinion at your company. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Very caring atmosphere. My only first time negative is I found the receptionist rude- abrupt and loud.
I went to the surgery center for a procedure with Dr. Rowe. Everything was wonderful from my nurse Jess to Dr. Rowe and his surgical staff. They all treated me with great respect and I was in and out before I knew it. If you have been putting a procedure off; now is the time to do it. So safe, sterile, gentle and quick. Now I sit back and let their magic work!

The office was spotless, the front desk & checkout staff were both pleasant and courteous, and Lauren went above and beyond to assist me with getting my pain issues handled starting the very day of my appointment. I am sure Lauren was very busy but still found time to assist me with my neuro-stimulator transmitter too! Main Line Spine makes sure my pain stays managed. There is being alive and living and I would much rather live it! Thank you all!

Very pleased with Surgicenter care and follow up call from Renee. Staff is always pleasant and professional and I appreciate the years of kind care from Dr Lerman.
