I was told I would get an injection into my sacro-iliac joint, then I was told it had to be approved by insurance before I could get the procedure Dr. Rowe told me about last visit. So frustrating when you are in constant pain. I feel I could have been told that on the phone, and not have to spend a copay. I feel the visit was unnecessary.

Staff ( both front desk staff and back desk staff) were all lovely and so kind. The medical assistant offered us water and the use of the restroom before my husband and I went into the exam room. Dr Davidoff spent less than 10 minutes with us and as I was asking questions he was walking out the door. He asked me if I had looked at my MRI scans and I said yes. He barely examined me. Dr. Effron would not answer my questions: Why are we expecting a better result than the previous injections (last year), what is different about this planned injection, what steroid will be used? Having no communication with Dr. Effron, I cancelled the procedure. I got the feeling that this procedure was only a required step before later back surgery.

I have been dealing with back pain for well over a year. 3 surgeries and a number of injections. MLS seems to be the only one that is listening to me and trying to figure out why all this pain is still there.

Two weeks ago I had annoying pain in my upper left arm. I went to Patient First in Collegeville which was a waste of time and energy. A week later I went to my family doctor and was told I could take Advil every three hours. After that I was still in constant annoying pain, and my wife told me to call DR. Effron. DR Effron who had me do the same extensions of my arms and hands with no difficulty, same as the previous medical experiences. Then DR Effron told me that I had a pinched nerve, which neither of the previous doctors... read more
