Not enough chairs in waiting area for scheduled patients. Nurse/Receptionists at front desk loudly calling out confidential patient procedures, not very professional. Too crowded, hard to concentrate. Absolutely no concern for COVID social distancing chair spacing.
Everyone there was so friendly and comforting. They couldn't do. enough to make me feel comfortable. They kept a great check on me to make sure I was doing ok during my procedure. Dr.Lerman and this staff are the "Best".
Everyone was helpful and accommodating as I filled out forms and had my questions answered. Dr. Rogers took extra time to understand my issues, examine me and to answer my numerous questions also. Consequently I am scheduled this week for my first treatment.

I would characterize my experience at MLS as business like. I did not feel or sense a whole lot of warmth or compassion. Everyone did their job with business like efficiency. The PA had the most warmth. Also when I decided to cancel a scheduled procedure, I called scheduling and was told that no one was available in scheduling and to leave a message. I did so. had to wait half hour past appointment time n exam room to be seen. You should not be told doctor will be right in , then have that happen without anyone stopping by to say he will be delayed. He was fine once he came in.
This is going to be long so TL; DR don't fat shame your patients, stop pushing "treatments" i.e. diets that fail the majority of the time as opposed to offering evidence based options. I’ve been in a great deal of pain for at least three years, as well as chronically ill for at least a decade. I waited a good amount of time in uncomfortable rooms. The chairs for someone with a bad back were uncomfortable. The whole office smelled of strong vinegar. It made me sick l could smell it even the out ugh my mask. I could not wait till l left. The woman who scheduled me in was nice but the woman who scheduled my follow up appointments was sad. She refused eye contact. I couldn’t wait till l left!
