Your staff is always concerned about the welfare of the patients. They explain what will happen and answer questions. My doctor also explains what he is doing.
When I made the appointment, a doctor was not available for a week. I am having continuing pains. When I finally saw the doctor, she prescribed an MRI which I scheduled for today. I have a call into her appt clerk to set up another visit. She seemed very responsible and gave me pain pinns.
Very professional and conscientious staff.
Televisit with the dr was right on time. Doctor answered all my questions, and followed up on my request. Just need to have my Tramadol prescription refilled as he promised. Thanks 😊
