Very very disappointed in the communication between the Abbott reps. Eight months passed by before they could answer why the stim machine wasn’t working. Two many hands in the pot!!! Also disappointed in the attitude of the checkout girl Dr. Rowes office. It appeared either she is not happy with her job or is annoyed by patients. In my opinion the reps working for Abbott were stumbling in the dark.
Just fine but no one called me to follow up on how I was doing after the procedure
The physicians & PAs are a pleasure to work with. They consistently demonstrate real care for their patients.
The worst medical staff anywhere. They were rude, ignorant, insensitive, disrespectful, unprofessional!!!! Animals are treated better at a veterinary clinic. I would never recommend anyone here. The staff needs to be replaced!!!!!
The medical staff were the worst anyone could ever experience. The staff was rude, arrogant, unprofessional and the care was disgraceful. Animals are treated better at a Veterinary hospital. Sad that the medical care received is allowed and tolerated in this facility with a patient in excruciating pain.
My appointment was 8:30 and I waited half an hour to be seen.
I had been a patient of the "institute" they advertise on TV but received almost 0 relief from their so called experts. ONE visit to Dr Effron at Main Line Spine took my pain levels from a raging 8+ to 2 in 24 hrs! The so called experts at the famous institute told me to prepare for surgery because they could not help me. I couldn’t have asked for better, from starting on-time to the nurses to the Doctor Rogers.
Fine except you should have an optional way to lie down flat after a procedure because sitting was excruciating and there was no option
