For starters I don’t understand what my arms rotating have to do with my low back problems? I was told that the doctors staff was unhappy with the overwhelming phone calls or refill process works??? I will say that three refills in a row Maria was involved and there was nothing but problems!!!!!! Thursday of this week I saw Dr. Schwartz again he twists my arms chin left chin right and says I’m making forward progress it’s the furthest point from my low back problems I don’t understand what’s going on!!!!! I forgot to mention on my previous reply I do not understand why there is so much pain with this procedure. None of you know me I am not a complainer. I have had many many surgeries. But this is by far the most painful I have ever had. I’ve had right knee replacements shoulder replacements diverticulitis and infection in my knee Requiring four surgeries etc. Unless I am really a baby I consider this pain to be brutal. You can’t get up or sit or turnover without being in pain. It appears the doctor although I know he cares h... read more

Arrived (as requested) 15 minutes prior to appt. time which was 3:00 PM; waited 45 minutes, after the appt. time (3:45PM) before being seen by the doctor. I believe that anytime after a 20 minute wait, the patient should be given the option to either: a) continue to wait with an updated estimate of time or b) given the opportunity to reschedule (with priority).

Dr told me I didn’t need to come to appointment because my meds were called in for next 3 months. Call from pharmacy next day says none of my scripts were available to fill. Left 3 messages with office, never got call back. Script was sent in, wrong dose and left messages again and still no response. During my visit, I asked if I could request medical records as I had left messages for Gina and no response. The woman (money taker) told me I could go home and call again. What?? She finally gave me a piece of paper. I had to ... read more

I was in a lot of pain. I requested an appointment and received the one I asked for. Unfortunately, I was hurting and asked and received an earlier one. I had my epidural at 10:00 AM this morning. It is now 9:00 PM and I am one thousand % better. I am guessing in 48 hours, I will be completely fine. I was having a lot of pain walking. I am going to Disneyworld in two weeks and think I will be fine.
