Doctor K eliminated my back pain!

My computer visit had difficulties due to Comcast being down. I could not get a connection so I called the office phone number to report my issue, unfortunately the office was closed so I had no way to advise that I could not connect via the web connection. I received several text invites on my cell but responding to them apparently did not work. After about 15 minutes Dr. K called me on my cell and all went well.
I called from the car ,& they told me to come up. They questioned me,& took my temp. They were thorough ,& professional.
I called got a phone call from the dr. Riwe
Told me my problems. Carpal tunnel. Now can set up a pair of operations to solve the problem.. Thanks.

This was a telephone visit to Dr Schwartz. After I explained to him about my increase in spinal pain and my physical decline, he {unlike Dr Badulak} believed me, was sympathetic and treated me accordingly. I have had bad experiences with pain management in the past about not understanding my level of pain despite my grossly abnormal MRI. Thanks to Dr Schwartz' I am more able to manage this severe back pain til I can get treatment when this pandemic is controlled.
Talking to a physician and not told what to do but given options and treated and a person and not body part. Personally, As a physical therapist for 20 years not only did Dr. K. help me but instilled hope after 7 months of chronic pain in 45 minutes.
