My tele med appointment with Sharon was just great. She was very helpful in understanding my problem and making a diagnosis.
Dr. Effron explained everything with ease of understanding. He has always helped me in the past and continues to do so. His advice is invaluable in trying to ease the pain.
Everyone was friendly and professional. The procedure went well and was performed on time.
All the people were polite, helpful, and very professional. The procedure was clearly explained so I was aware of what would happen and what was happening during the procedure. The dismissal instructions were also clear and helpful.
I now have some hope that my lower back pain may be managed with an initial procedure
Sharon the PA, did a great job asking about the reason for my visit. She checked my lumbar region and leg reflexes. Then she gave me a written script for a MRI. If the pain comes back schedule another appointment, if not hold on to MRI.
