Excellent visit with Lauren - she was knowledgeable & helpful. Only issue was air conditioning which did not seem able to handle the very hot weather that day. The exam room was uncomfortably warm, wearing a mask made it worse.
I was comfortable and felt I could tell the doctor exactly how I felt. We all know going to pain management is stressful and I did not feel stressed during my visit. I told the absolute truth and wasn’t made to feel bad, the doctor was curious and asked many questions. The best part was he intently listened to me and my complaints.

After a frustrating "go-round" at the registration desk, everything else was just perfect. The medical staff is always respectful and kind. Best of all, the results of the injection have been very long-lasting this time.
Fairly prompt service. Got in to see nurse rather quickly but spent more time waiting to see the doctor. That part of the visit was great. He took enough time to hear the details of my problem and to go over the options for treatment. The only time where waiting was unpleasent was waiting at the desk for paper work and for the next appointment. Also I was unhappy about the next appointment being over 3 weeks away. Was hoping for something earlier.
Didn't have to wait, Renee was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Great at giving shots.
Dr Effron has been taking excellent care of my aches and pains for 11 years. The phone conference worked well.
