From Dr. Effron to his capable staff, the experience was professional and caring. Each step in the process of receiving the injections was carefully reviewed and executed. Upon arrival, my receptionist greeted me with a welcome and a smile. This was my initial visit and and her calm, confident, and professional manner was comforting to me. My nurse was welcoming and professional, and eased my concerns by answering my questions and explaining every step of her initial evaluation.
