As always the level of professionalism is top notch from signing in to having a procedure. First time back since the pandemic & met Renee, Dr Lerman’s PA, for the first time. Another great addition. It was a relief to be back and continue care for my spinal stenosis. Planning a procedure to help with pain management. I highly recommend Main Line Spine.

Everyone took good care of the patients.
In all ways things went very well. The procedure itself was done in a very efficient manner with everyone assisting. The preparation wait time to actually be treated seemed long.

Was missing Dr. Dua. Am relieved having met Dr. Badulak. He was thorough, explaining carefully his diagnosis and procedural next steps. I look forward to continuing in his care.
I have been suffering with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis for quite some time. After several unsuccessful injections and physical therapy I was introduced to the Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (M.I.L.D.) procedure by Dr. Farzad Karkvandeian. Before the procedure my pain level was routinely at 8 & 9 on the 1-to-10 scale. Two days after Dr. K. performed the MILD procedure my pain level was and remains at 1 & 2…at times ZERO!
