All the people were polite, helpful, and very professional. The procedure was clearly explained so I was aware of what would happen and what was happening during the procedure. The dismissal instructions were also clear and helpful.

Sharon the PA, did a great job asking about the reason for my visit. She checked my lumbar region and leg reflexes. Then she gave me a written script for a MRI. If the pain comes back schedule another appointment, if not hold on to MRI.

Excellent visit with Lauren - she was knowledgeable & helpful. Only issue was air conditioning which did not seem able to handle the very hot weather that day. The exam room was uncomfortably warm, wearing a mask made it worse.

I was comfortable and felt I could tell the doctor exactly how I felt. We all know going to pain management is stressful and I did not feel stressed during my visit. I told the absolute truth and wasn’t made to feel bad, the doctor was curious and asked many questions. The best part was he intently listened to me and my complaints.
