It’s difficult to have an online visit but appropriate questions were asked. I’m very disappointed that masks are not being required because I was hoping to investigate having battery removed by Dr. Rowe. I do not want to go into a Dr. Office that doesn’t require masks. My son is a ID physician at Penn and I follow his recommendations. All Penn facilities have masks.
Communication was very good. Friendly and ready to answer any question.
From beginning to end the procedure went efficiently and the follow up was there immediately - I would say they are doing a great job

Purpose of visit was to consult with Dr Lehrman regarding multiple long term, problematic lumbar spine issues. Visit exceeded expectations. Left with clear understanding of current condition - options available - with a clear game plan for going forward.
