Great customer service and patient-centered care.
Experienced an episode of high blood pressure. Procedure was delayed a little while until it came down some.
Doctor listened attentively as I explained the purpose of my visit, answered my questions clearly and explained procedure well. He was not aware that the referring physician's office had sent a fax of my last visit suggesting exactly the type of injection my referring neurosurgeon was requesting. So he was suggesting a slightly different injection. I realized this and told him. He immediately required of his staff about the fax. After he read it I was completely satisfied with the appointment.
At check in I was asked questions that I had answered at my last visit.

Lauren was a wonderful as always on our Tele -med visit. Went over how I was doing since the last injection, my current pain or pain level if any I may be experiencing. Her care, concern and thoroughness always makes me glad I went to see Dr. Rowe and histeam
Main Line Spine and all the professional staff are excellent. They are highly trained and skilled. I have been to other doctors who perform similar procedures. However; once you go to Main Line Spine you will never go back to anyone else.
