Everything was good, with the exception of the audio. It was often difficult to understand what Sharon was asking me. There was a constant echo sound.
Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. They try to give you information that you can understand.
Very friendly great service and staff
While there was a mix up of having my covid test order in the system when I arrived the staff assured me that it would be taken care of expeditiously. It was by the time I had returned home, had breakfast they called and said they had gotten the order. I returned and was very shortly taken in.
I had an excellent experience at MLS. The office staff was efficient, kind and the follow-up I received has been superb.
Dr. Effron is always very understanding of my issues. I appreciate his interest in getting me better!
Sharon has always been very professional and I look forward to seeing her every 3 minths to have either shots in my lower back and/or shoukders. I also enjoy speaking to Dawn who sets up my appointments with Sharon🥰
