It was my initial appointment and a pleasant experience with Becky (who was friendly) and Dr. Gong who was attentive to my concerns in providing treatment for my medical issues.
The office personnel is Very professional and Dr Gong is knowledgeable and compassionate.
My left shoulder pain decreased tremendously by having acupuncture on my right leg!

Edmund was a wonderful listener and was empathetic. He explained everything he was doing and why. The paperwork I was sent home with was thorough.
The doctor explained everything. The room was quiet and comfortable. The treatment was pleasant. Very little discomfort I felt relaxed and calm afterward. The dietary information I was given afterwards was useful.
I love Dr Gong. She is wonderful and wants me to have better health! Rebecca is awesome as staff. I will always recommend this place to everyone especially veterans.
