Always great experience when I visit
My actual appointment was excellent. I only gave 4 stars because it was the hardest appointment that I have had to make. I called and left a message - I waited a couple days but no return call. I called until I didn’t get an answering machine and spoke to someone directly. I have a specific condition that I wanted to know if it could be helped with your treatments. My first visit to the Yang Institute was great. The appointment started promptly as scheduled. I am feeling better already.
Dr. Gong is a very caring physician who wants to help her clients live a healthy carefree lifestyle. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how modern day stresses affect one’s overall health. I have tremendous respect for her commitment to health and well being.
Dr. Gong is friendly & patient and always takes the time to understand the root cause of the issue at hand.
Dr. Gong is very caring and I enjoy seeing her at my acupuncture sessions. Everyone at the institute is very professional.
