From start to finish everyone was cheerful & very professional. Made everything so much easier!!!
All was great except for the nurse who inserted the needle for the anesthesia. She was awful and hurt me a lot. I have had several surgeries and never had anyone hurt me like she did. To make it worse she told me the reason it hurt was because I was nervous.

Received an appointment within a reasonable time frame, follow up procedure also scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Both centers were very efficient. Office and surgical staff were kind, respectful and professional.

Except for the surgery, everything else was fine. Not the one hour wait past my scheduled appointment time.
