Excellent from receptionist to surgeon
Everyone is very caring and professional.
It was an excellent experience. Everyone was very professional and friendly.. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was asked if I had any questions. After my procedure they made sure I was o.k. and the doctor and nurse both explained my discharge directions and I was told if I had any problems or any additional questions after my discharge from the center to call. Also the following day a nurse called me to see how I was feeling and if I had any problems or questions. Very good experience.
Everyone was very concerned about my comfort and very professional. I knew I was in good hands.
Everyone was so professional and friendly which is sometimes hard to do!
The nurses were very helpful and kind. The procedure went smoothly and I am gratful to be healing even with arm soreness continuing.
