From pre-procedure and post procedure Haley, RN was exceptional. Adrianna RN, anesthetist, was professional and explained everything. Dr Lerman, always professional and caring , asking questions and listening to my responses.

Professional, kind, communicated
Had a long wait for my procedure - and afterward felt very pressured to get up, get dressed & get out! Did not like being called "darlin' and 'sweetie' by the RN I had. Had some complications and wrote to the staff the following day - wasn't handled very well. Usually the staff is excellent - this time there were problems.
Professional and courteous. The doc explained everything in detail.
