Totally pleased with every aspect. Nurses were informative and answered any questions prior to the procedure. Dr. Lerman was super explaining what he will be doing. During the procedure, each process was explained. I had no worries throughout the procedure because I knew i was in capable hands. Post procedure was efficient too with written instructions received.
All of the nurses were very attentive, I was very relaxed. Dr K is the best!!
Everything was great- as usual except for the fact that the check in desk wanted me to have a pregnancy test😂🤣
