Great experience at the Surgery center. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. I worked in a surgical setting for over 25 years and know how important it is to make patients comfortable and confident that the staff cares about you and you are more than a number. My outcome was great and I am almost 3 weeks out from my injection and have zero pain in the area treated! I have had numerous injections and even 2 ablations at other sites without relief. Dr Lui is a miracle worker!
I had a routine follow-up that had been scheduled for a couple months. A few days before the scheduled meeting, i reinjured my back on a home-improvement project. Dr. Rogers immediately pivoted the meeting real-time and treated me for the current problem. I very much appreciated his flexibility and willingness to adapt to my situation. He always brings a refreshing patient focus!

The experience with the doctor was good and his staff was very pleasant but that being said I was to have a procedure on Monday Feb 23rd they let us know that it was canceled due to flooding at the facility. I have not heard a word since then. Just a text to let me know they are working on the problem would help to set my mind at ease.

my injection was easier and less painful then I thought it would be and Dr. Rogers had a calming manner and helped me feel more feel relaxed

Dr. Rogers was thorough and ordered another test. He gave detailed explanations and offered multiple suggestions as possibilities to be considered. He is very easy to talk to. Office personnel was courteous and helpful.
