Was able to procure an appointment within days of call. Saw Dr Liu in West Chester office. His receptionist/office assistant was welcoming, courteous and handled all my documents professionally. I waited very few minutes to see Dr Liu. He reviewed my problem with me from history to current symptoms and explained study images. He presented treatment recommendations and gave strategies for interventions should my problem return in the future. Dr. Eric Liu was terrific. Very personable, easy to talk to, answered any and all questions, very professional. The King of Prussia office has such a calming, soothing atmosphere. Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful procedure room. Dr. Liu was extremely focused, attentive and knowledgeable. His assistant was also warm, caring and focused.
