I felt as though I was being rushed I didn’t feel that I had any help with my back just a lot of questions I called my doctor when I left and told him I felt it was a bad experience and then I was going to call back to have my CCD and the rest of my work sent back to me and my main dr who referred me
Everyone from registering, to nurses to assistant to dr are professional yet easy to talk too and they actually listen and answer questions as minuscule as they may be.
Dr. Karvandian of Main Line was wonderful. The supporting staff did not have a thoracic spine MRI which I sent to their office via Fedx on 11/30/20 around 2:30 PM. It was signed by a person named Quick. It was tracked by Fedx. No doubt it was delivered from VA. I sent a detailed e-mail to Medical Records with names, addresses, etc. I checked and rechecked with VA. I am very disappointed. It was important to me. to me. Everything went fine. The office personnel make this experience as painless as possible (pun intended). Saw my Doctor right on time and had my procedure scheduled quickly.
Everyone at reception, nurses station and the OR were friendly and professional. Thank you Dr. K and staff for a relaxed and ‘no stress’ experience.
This is only a first step in a multiple step process, but so far so good.
