No follow up. Im in pain and need an mri. I was to get a call monday afternoon or tuesday morning as soon as they got it cleared with my insurance.... i got no such call. I called tuesday afternoon and was told they were on hold too long and hung up. Now wednesday has come and gone and i havent heard a word from you guys. Can i get the darn mri or not. Im in daily pain... wait till the new year? Just inject my back with something so i can sleep at night please. I dont know what to do and am contimplating... read more

Always a good positive experience. Dr Lerman and his staff have helped me immensely with the treatments received. As previously stated this medical practice is amazing! It is so caring and responsive to the patient’s needs. I was in a great deal of pain and with one phone call I had a video appointment in one day (Friday) and a an office appointment on Monday.(12/14). At that visit I was examined by PA Lauren Ziegler and Dr. Jeffrey Rowe . Incredibly they recognized my pain issues and offered to give me an epidural immediately. Great, in and out quickly. Dr Lerman and his team were excellent! Dr Lerman did an awesome job of injecting the medication with minimum discomfort. My pain level has been greatly reduced. I would highly recommend Main Line Spine.
