Very organized.
My visit was handled efficiently and professionally. I received prompt treatment and had a pleasant experience.
Dr K is always very interested in helping. The only issue I had this time was waiting 45 minutes for my appointment. This is very unusual for Main Line Spine. I think the issue was that someone who came in, after I arrived, with no appointment to have something removed was taken ahead of me.

First of all, I was very impressed with Dr. K. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable - he took the necessary time to review my MRI with me, explain what was going on with my spine, and offer treatment suggestions. I was able to book an appointment with him and at the surgery center in an incredibly short period of time (compared to past experience with other doctors). Everyone put me at ease and Dr. Lerman prepared me well for the procedure - he communicated with me before, during and after the shot, answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Lerman and Main Line Spine.
Sharon Folger quickly evaluated my condition. She explained the issue thoroughly and was sensitive and empathetic to the problem. Staff was very helpful especially in their support to get an MRI ASAP. Communications very good throughout the MRI scheduling process. A good experience ... now I hope my back cooperates!!!
Fabulous medical, office, nursing and professional staff. Excellent facility. All are friendly and proficient.
