Staff was friendly and upbeat. Procedure went very smoothly. Dr Dua is excellent.
Quick attention upon arrival and timely transition to procedure. Medical assistant were skilled describing steps. Facility immaculately clean and chairs comfortable. Dr.Lerman described the steps and spent time questioning my response to the questionnaire I filled out about the condition and pain I described. When I was walked from prep to the procedure room I was carefully guided and met the doctor and surgical attendants
Dr Rowe and staff are best in business - responsive, trustworthy, compassionate, thoughtful & skilled.
