It was an excellent experience and I cannot compliment Dr. Rogers and the staff for all their kindness, attention and courtesy enough. I have been a patient before and should I need more pain injections in the future, I will return to Dr. Rogers. Thank you for everything.
First, let me say that the entire staff, from front door to back office are outstanding! They are helpful, friendly, and very professional. But I would be remiss not to mention the directions/signage/building. It could not be any more confusing!! At this point a rendering would be easier to visualize than the photos that have been photocopied beyond recognition. There are people that do this for a living - hire them!! Great painless experience. Everyone in the the building is kind and professional. And funny also.
I had a video call with Dr. Effron and as always, it was a smooth and safe proses. It is also very convenient as ai live and hour away. Dr. Effron was very helpful taking me through next steps and to safely continue my healing. He is the best, I highly recommend him.
The doctor and staff are very attentive to the patients needs.
Even though it took Dr. Rodgers longer than usual to do the procedure, I was happy he took the time to get it right. Staff, as usual professional a d helpful.
Almost no wait time. The PA (Renee) was clear, concise and thorough. Very friendly staff from front to back.
