Since I had my new patient paperwork completed, I was taken back almost immediately for my appointment. The staff was professional and very friendly. After reading my history of pain management, Dr. Effron discussed what treatment plan was best for me. He was very concerned with some of my past procedures. I feel very confident in working with Dr. Effron.

When ever I am at the office or on a tel a med Otis always a very good experience. I am a patience of Dr. Swartz. He is one of the most carding compassionate Doctors I have ever been to. I am in constant pain and between him and my Rheumatologist, they work together to try and help me. I am oh so satisfied.

Dr Rowe was very clear about what he was doing, as he always is. The office staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and upbeat, as they always are. It's clear they are taking full COVID precautions, which I appreciate. and my appointment time was honor with very little wait.
