My experience was efficient, kind and friendly.
Support staff friendly and were well trained on safety protocols. PA made me feel as if I were in control of my care. She was excellent at assessing exactly where I was. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Lerman. Excellent staff. Courteous, empathetic, friendly and respectful , I absolutely respect and admire PA Lauren. She takes time to listen to her patients and is honestly interested and very concerned about her patients welfare. The entire staff is wonderful and I feel I’m lucky to be the recipient of the best spinal care in in the entire area!!!!!

Just a great experience! Friendly and professional staff... loved Dr. Rogers! The information that they provided by mail prior to my visit was outstanding. Someone was paying attention to detail. It is a difficult building to navigate and they were spot on to help their patients access the building and get to the correct location. Good office management there!
My visit today was with Lauren. I believe she is a physicians assistant for Dr. Rowe. Lauren is a very caring young woman. She took her time with me. We had a very pleasant conversation. The check-in receptionist was very sociable and friendly. The checkout receptionist also very friendly and pleasant. There are no complaints from me on my visit today. 10+ Esther Quinn
