This was my first time for a back injection and everyone made me so comfortable. Everyone was professional but extremely pleasant and kind. Dr. Rowe was equally kind and informative throughout, making the entire experience pleasant and enjoyable! A final note - all the nurses were clearly happy to be there, and a delight to kid with - especially Peggy - just adding to the positive experience! As a retired hospital administrator, it’s clear this is a great place to work! Well done!!
