I am Kathleen Dempsey’s daughter. Kathleen was scheduled for a telehealth visit with Dr Rogers 11/12 @1:00. My mother lives with my sister and brother in law.They live in a rural part of Chester County. Wireless, data and phone lines are challenging. I cannot tell you how many times Dr Rogers’s office and Dr Rogers himself attempted to contact my mother. Dr Rogers finally connected with my mother.
