Everyone from the front desk to setting up next appointment was efficient. Dr. Lerman is the the most professional physician I have encountered. His PA , Renee is also wonderful. They treat you like a person not a number. Truly interested in your problems. Very knowledgeable and speaks to you in language you can understand. I am very happy I have them to turn to.
The receptionist was efficient in registering me in. I was also seen promptly by Dr. Effron. He is an excellent doctor who listens to me and plans accordingly.
Pleasant, efficient staff for check in and checkout. PA for Dr Lerman excellent, good listener, patient friendly and empathetic. Would like to see an on line version of the patient form filled out when checking in.
