From checkin to prep with nurses thru the actual procedure my care was meant with skill and professionalism, and friendliness. ,
The procedure was as free of pain as possible. The staff was courteous and efficient, and Dr. Lerman, of course, was fantastic.
My Check-in was quick and thorough. My wait-time was minimal. The nursing staff was efficient and friendly. When my doctor, Dr. Rogers, came to speak to me before my procedure, he explained the procedure in terms I could understand and answers all questions I had. I loved that he personally wheeled me into the OR and continued to explain everything he was doing. After my short procedure, he and his staff attended to me in a kind and compassionate way.
