I've been a patient there for several injections, at different locations on my back, and I have always come away completely satisfied and happy with the entire process! The staff are highly professional, yet incredibly warm, caring and friendly. They certainly know how to put a patient at ease, while handling all the clinical responsibilities. 1st off you have excellent people starting with the receptionist. Also since my shots I have had no pain. I would say this is perfect. Thank you all.
Waiting time was minimal to get prepped for procedure. Nurse Colleen was extremely helpful and so careful with my IV as a previous time wasn't so pleasant - I really appreciated it. The center was very clean, and all personnel were friendly, attentive and helpful. I was treated very well and made as comfortable as possible. I would and have recommended this surgical center.
