The staff are helpful, polite, caring and efficient.
Everything went very well, check-in, procedure and check-out. The staff and Dr Davidoff were all efficient and professional. Everyone answered all questions.

I would have given you a 5 star review, but the appointment that was made for me never made it into your system, so I was not able to see Dr. Rowe. I saw his assistant Lauren, and she was great. I called a few days after my appointment to see if I could set up the MILD procedure, which both Dr. Rowe previously, and Lauren both discussed with me, but I received a message that I have to wait until I see Dr Rowe next month to schedule the procedure. You folks rescheduled my appointment. I'm not really upset, but you should have known better then to send me this survey.
Did fine but there must be a better way to get someone out of anesthesia than to yell, " wake up" 4-5 times and then yell at us to open our eyes. There must be something like the old. Smelling salts that when placed far enough from the nose, plus the loud attempt to wake us , might work better. Also, you didn't have one single patient urinal in the whole place.
Surgery went well but was never told what the doctor did after surgery and if anything else was needed to SCS. Also in. Tremendous amount of pain and is red in the area
Your doctor Rowe was great, but, your Dr Schwartz, the absolute worst doctor, he should not even have a license. We did not come there to get a lecture on what to eat and how to stop smoking. We came for pain management! He is a worthless little person with Napoleon Sysborne, who was probably bullied all his life, so I guess this make him feel like he has power (and he deserved every bad word I directed to his face).
