Staff are personable and caring. Dr Rogers explained each step of the procedure and was very receptive to questions. I appreciated the ride to the treatment room. No worries about walking. An excellent experience aimed at ease of mind and best results.

The nurses and staff kept me informed about what to expect. The facility runs smoothly, everyone is polite not only to me but to each other. The procedure proceeded exactly as I was told it would. All was great except for the nurse who inserted the needle for the anesthesia. She was awful and hurt me a lot. I have had several surgeries and never had anyone hurt me like she did. To make it worse she told me the reason it hurt was because I was nervous.
