It is a great comfort that when my pain interferes with daily functioning, the Main Line Spine Surgery Center team and Dr. Effron are there to provide relief. Add to that the courtesy and kindness of every staff member from the lovely lady who ushered past new construction to the checkin staff, Dr. Effron’s nurse, Donna, and the wonderful nurses and aides who provided care. The office did well. Two patients were late getting to the office. The front building person had no idea what room number Dr Effron was in. One patient was told the second floor. I had difficulty reaching anyone from Main Line health to find out what room number. When I had initially made the appt, the person indicated the building front desk would tell me, but he didn’t know. Dr. Effron is always pleasant and professional and on-time!! He never rushes and he talks through whatever he’s going to do and gives a comprehensive view of what the treatment’s going to be and what you may or may not experience.I’m very pleased with my experience with him and the office.
