In keeping with that tradition, I have been a fortunate, longtime patient of Dr. Marc Effron. As I consider the effective treatment of the very complex, individualized human spine, to be a mix of hard science & pure art, I cannot imagine a better Doctor than the one I chose so long ago. Saw Dr. Effron in a very timely manner. Very professional... Explains diagnosis and proposed treatment plan clearly. Answers questions readily.
Scheduling person was extremely courteous, explaining what was needed and sending paperwork in a timely fashion.
My experience was very good.
The new patient experience was easy. I had to wait only 1 week to see the physician that I wanted at the location I selected.The paperwork was sent in plenty of time to fill out and have for the appointment. Check in was simple-reception staff were very friendly. My time with the physician was appropriate to the issue- Dr. Effron had great bedside manner and really listened to my symptoms. Can't wait for my follow up visit.
