Everyone was professional and kind
It’s difficult to have an online visit but appropriate questions were asked. I’m very disappointed that masks are not being required because I was hoping to investigate having battery removed by Dr. Rowe. I do not want to go into a Dr. Office that doesn’t require masks. My son is a ID physician at Penn and I follow his recommendations. All Penn facilities have masks.
Communication was very good. Friendly and ready to answer any question.
From beginning to end the procedure went efficiently and the follow up was there immediately - I would say they are doing a great job
The ability to do telemed is convenient. Dr. Rogers is a caring doctor that I trust completely.
Excellent discussion of my situation and developed a very appropriate path to follow for my next steps in treatment.
