Clean facility, nice nurses, no waiting, skilled doctor
Dr told me I didn’t need to come to appointment because my meds were called in for next 3 months. Call from pharmacy next day says none of my scripts were available to fill. Left 3 messages with office, never got call back. Script was sent in, wrong dose and left messages again and still no response. During my visit, I asked if I could request medical records as I had left messages for Gina and no response. The woman (money taker) told me I could go home and call again. What?? 45 minute wait
I was in a lot of pain. I requested an appointment and received the one I asked for. Unfortunately, I was hurting and asked and received an earlier one. I had my epidural at 10:00 AM this morning. It is now 9:00 PM and I am one thousand % better. I am guessing in 48 hours, I will be completely fine. I was having a lot of pain walking. I am going to Disneyworld in two weeks and think I will be fine.
Dr Schwartz is mean
Very very disappointed in the communication between the Abbott reps. Eight months passed by before they could answer why the stim machine wasn’t working. Two many hands in the pot!!! Also disappointed in the attitude of the checkout girl Dr. Rowes office. It appeared either she is not happy with her job or is annoyed by patients. In my opinion the reps working for Abbott were stumbling in the dark.
Just fine but no one called me to follow up on how I was doing after the procedure
