Dr. Karvandian of Main Line was wonderful. The supporting staff did not have a thoracic spine MRI which I sent to their office via Fedx on 11/30/20 around 2:30 PM. It was signed by a person named Quick. It was tracked by Fedx. No doubt it was delivered from VA. I sent a detailed e-mail to Medical Records with names, addresses, etc. I checked and rechecked with VA. I am very disappointed. It was important to me. to me. Everything went fine. The office personnel make this experience as painless as possible (pun intended). Saw my Doctor right on time and had my procedure scheduled quickly.
Everyone at reception, nurses station and the OR were friendly and professional. Thank you Dr. K and staff for a relaxed and ‘no stress’ experience.
This is only a first step in a multiple step process, but so far so good.

The registration is very good and all the personal are so nice, safe and professional. Dr Dennis Rogers is the best. So glad I was referred to him after another not so good reference to another practice. He is professional, caring and gentle.. always asking during the procedure if you are ok. Love that man.
