I met with Dr. Lerman today for the first time. He explained the MRI I brought to him and showed me everything on it. I felt that he was really listening to me, and we seek the solution to my problem.
My only suggestion would be responding a little bit quicker to questions of the MAs. I was told in the directions to stop taking the anti-inflammatory for my back before my procedure, by the second day I was an extra shooting pain and had called several times and have not heard anything until I called the scheduling line and asked someone to call me back and tell me what was going on. I met with Dr Effron. His treatment protocol has been very positive so far. I’m feeling an ease in my pain symptoms and sleeping better which has also contributed to a return of my positive mood.
