This was my third time I spoke to a doctor about getting a spinal cord stimulator and I was so dead set against it. When I was there talking with Dr. Rowe, he answered all my questions and explained to me everything about it, and when I left I felt good and with a positive attitude. Sharon, the NP was wonderful as usual. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and informative. That being said, the Receptionist was, on a personal phone call while I stood at the desk waiting. I know it was a personal call because she said that she had to get off the phone. I continued to wait as she continued to talk. It seems that someone she knows has dementia. Dr. Rogers is very attentive and a good listener. His staff are so helpful and nice.
100% professionals! 5 stars in every capacity from the front desk, physician assistant to. Dr Lerman. If there is a more competent office/physician, I have yet to meet them.

Professional customer service was exceptional from the MD to the physician assistant to the MRI staff to the nurses and front desk. As good as I have ever experienced in a healthcare facility.
Staff was polite and immediately attentive. Dr. Lerman was incredibly knowledgeable and listens well. I felt that I was well cared for and will return as needed.
Dr. Grodowsky was very down-to-earth, caring, made sure to explain everything to us, asked if we had any questions & really spoke to my concerns about my complicated history & the procedure. Michelle C. was an incredible MA, constantly on top of everything, had great communication with me & helped me through some of the things I needed to do. The nurses & nurse anesthetist in the surgery center were amazing! I'd recommend Main Line Spine in a heartbeat!
