Staff friendly and professional from reception to scheduling, doctor and all concerned that works with Dr. Jeffrey Rowe.
The doctor (Dr. Liu) was wonderful but we got our packet in the mail the day AFTER our appointments. You should be aware that held up for four days is typical now.
This was my initial visit. Check-in was easy, the staff friendly, the wait time minimal. The exam was very thorough which I found reassuring, discussions with Dr. Lerman were in-depth, not rushed and I left feeling confident of my best outcome.
1.Dr Rogers actually examined my back. He made a viable recommendation which turned out to be the possible cause of my pain. 2. Maria was persistent in getting me an earlier MRI. 3 Dawn pulled out all the stops to try to get an earlier appointment w Dr Rogers to no avail because my MRI was scheduled so late in the month Thank you, all
