I was there to have the Spinal Cord Implant revision. The nursing staff, front desk and everyone else I came in contact with was friendly, professional and compassionate. Other than Dr. Rowe being very late it was a good experience.

(1) Every employee / staff member is helpful, knowledgable and communicative. (2) Dr. Effron was very helpful and he took whatever time my questions required to provide complete and insightful answers. Friendly, efficient staff. Doctor Rogers was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The spinal injections seemed to have helped so far.
