Positive experience. Staff friendly and professional. Feel better...only in my 3rd day,however. What a relief though! Dr Rogers and Sharon...the best. Recommend them to any who has back pain.
Dr. Effron is excellent! He really listens to you and makes you feel heard and legitimate in your concerns. He offers various treatment options and is up to date on all the new therapies available. Plus his bedside manner is impeccable!
I cannot complain about the staff in the surgery center. The nurses there have always been above average. I am usually a difficult stick for an IV but have never had a bad experience at this center. The anesthesiologist who has worked with me before is very kind and funny. I believe the young lady that worked with him I think her name is Colleen is extremely caring and makes you feel at ease as do the anesthesiologists. Your staff of nurses, receptionists anastesiologists and doctors are amazing! Very caring, reassuring, and personable to the patients needs. I will highly recommend your services! Thank you all !
It was a very good cost. Both Lauren and Jessica were attentive and friendly while being totally professional. I feel like they are both very invested in my having a good result with the SCS. So far the recovery has been quite frustrating but I feel that they are doing everything possible so that I can have a good outcome.
