Everyone was very thorough and concerned about me. The nurses who had difficulty getting a vein on me were excellent and tried under difficult circumstances. Dr. Lerman was so helpful explaining how they were going to do the epidural as it was the first time I had ever had anesthesia with this procedure. When the epidural was over he explained how it went. It is so nice to have a doctor who is genuinely concerned with your welfare.
The care I received from Pam at the front desk to Becky from the check in , to Dr Rogers and his surgical/ injection staff was Excellent, considering the environment with Covid 19 that they have to deal with. They could not have done a better job !!!
Everyone is attentive & kind. Iwoukd have appreciated being given an arrival of 8:30 though because I got the ok yo come up at 8:13 and waited in Hall till 8:27. It’s not a matter of impatience - its that anxiety rises with waiting.

Everybody did a great job! Dr lerman is the best! He surrounds himself with the best people from The staff at check-in to the nurses and staff in the surgery center. And everyone I’ve ever met in his practice he’s been helping me out for 20 years. THANKS!!!

The tele visit was initially a little confusing; however, I received a text and click the link and it was smooth sailing from that point. Dr. K is always very engaging and explains things very thoroughly.
Things were a bit different with the new procedures. I arrived and called the # I was givin, then I had to wait close to an hour in my car before I could come in the building. Things moved quickly after that. Everyone was great! My procedure went well and quickly.
