As usual I had a good experience here both with my office visit and injection today . all staff are very friendly and concerning and knowledgeble .

As usual everything was very good!! No problems after and will return again soon. I already answered another survey previously but maybe it did notwork.
I had to wait for over one hour but Dr. Badulak was very thorough. He checked all of my extremities and listened to my symptoms. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would of just hoped that my wait could have been avoided.
Dr. Davidoff listened to my concerns and made helpful suggestions. Did not feel rushed. Office staff pleasant and helpful.
